Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Valentin Wafer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

• We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or during promotions.
